"How to Have the Healthiest Baby Possible!"

You’re thinking of starting a family, or expanding your family, but you want to make sure that your future baby is the healthiest it can possibly be. Of course we all want the very best for our children.

But many moms or moms-to-be struggle with conflicting advice from OB-GYNs and friends and family members and things they read online.

What if there was a way to find out exactly what YOU need in order to be in the best health possible BEFORE you even get pregnant? Well there is!

With nutritional testing, and toxins testing, you can make sure that your body is at its best, and that you will be the healthiest mom around.

It’s no secret that we live in a very toxic world. Every time you turn around, there’s a recall on a toy or a household item or a food. And news reports about another toxic spill, or something else that will harm you or increase your risk of various diseases.

Would you like to know exactly how clean or toxic that your body is? The toxins that moms have in their own bodies, pass through the placenta to the fetus, and babies are born with toxins that they got from their moms. Toxins also pass through the breast milk into the baby.

The ideal situation for your future baby is to detoxify your body BEFORE you get pregnant. But first, we have to know if you’re dealing with any toxins. There’s no point in treating something that you don’t have. And different toxins require different treatments. So let’s test you and customize a detox plan just for you! And your future baby of course!

Did you know that certain nutrients can make for a healthier, happier baby? These are nutrients that the baby gets from the mom while it’s in development in the uterus, and of course the baby continues to get nutrition from the mom during breastfeeding. But you can’t provide what you don’t have in your body. For example, if you are deficient in Vitamin A, your baby will be born deficient in Vitamin A. The same thing goes for all of the vitamins and minerals.

Some deficiencies can actually cause birth defects. Folic acid is just one example of this. A mom who is severely deficient in folic acid can have a baby that’s born with neural tube defects such as spina bifida or anencephaly.

Anencephaly is a very serious birth defect in which your baby can be born without a brain, or severe skull defects. “Minor” cases can result in severe developmental problems in the baby, but in major cases the baby will die within just a few days of birth. It’s a heartbreaking situation for the parents, and easily avoidable by testing and treating folic acid deficiencies.

Did you know that scientific studies have shown that young children who have adequate levels of Omega-3 fatty acids have IQs 10 to 15 points above children who are deficient in Omega-3s? But how much smarter will YOUR baby be if you have adequate levels of omega-3 fatty acids in your body BEFORE you even get pregnant?

Pregnancy, childbirth, and having young children can take a real toll on women, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Being in your best health before you get pregnant will make for a healthy pregnancy without morning sickness, without aches and pains, an easier labor and delivery, and a happier baby who doesn’t cry much at all.

If you’re in your best health before getting pregnant, not only will you have a healthier baby, but you will sail through the process of becoming a mom, but unhealthy moms have a very hard time bouncing back from pregnancy, and unhealthy babies cry a lot, interrupting your sleep, and creating extreme difficulties in your life and relationships.

Healthy babies are happy babies, they adjust quickly, they often sleep better, and they don’t cry much. Babies cry because they’re in distress, either physically or emotionally, and this can take a serious toll on a mom’s health, which then of course leads to more problems with the baby’s health.

Perfectly healthy moms rarely get postpartum depression. By checking certain nutrients and correcting them, you will adjust quickly to motherhood with much less risk of postpartum depression.

And those are just a few simple examples. We can test you for heavy metals, chemical toxins, and every vitamin and mineral. And correct those toxicities and deficiencies before you ever get pregnant, so that you can have the healthiest, happiest, smartest and of course cutest baby in the world!
